PRIMARY PACKAGING

One of our main activities is primary packaging. We handle naked products directly from the processing area.

The product (just produced, sterilized, deep frozen out of the freezer or from storage) can be unscrambled and brought in-line. If necessary we can unscramble and get the product into pitch. The vision system recognizes the product and defines the exact position and orientation and sends it to the Delta Robot. The gripper of the Delta Robot picks and places the product into a thermoformed tray, carton or a flowwrapper chain.
